Down to an Occasional Roll Up
Mr. L Knight of Enfield, Middx has just ordered some more medium cartridges - he started using the e cigarette from ecigarettedirect.co.uk in November - he was a moderate smoker on 15 - 18 /day, but has now given these up, with the very occasional roll up for a treat! His friend, to whom he recommended the cigarette, bought one in December, and had tried patches and two lots of hypnosis, and has now given up completely, though using the higher strength cartridges. Mr. Knight said that he needed the comfort of being able to put a cigarette in his mouth, especially when offered a cup of tea! He felt there is an association for him.. Giving Up
Hi Jean, Still going well, the following is for your blog: I have been smoking for fifty years, until last week I was smoking 40 to 50 a day. I have tried everything to stop, hypnotherapy, which cost a fortune, Zyban, where I had to attend a no smoking clinic for 6 weeks, you name it, I've tried it, all to no avail. I am now on my 6th day on e-cigs and I am down to 10 a day! Before I started on e-cigs, I said I would be more than happy to get down to 10 a day, now I feel that I have cracked it, and should be tobacco free in 2 weeks. My husband was diagnosed with emphysema so naturally he is trying to quit. With the e-cig he has cut down to 5 cigs a day, hopefully soon he will quit altogether. It is a great product and he likes the fact that he can smoke it while sitting in his chair.
